Prosecutors identified Joseph Dell as a friend and person with whom Mrs. Sneiderman had a relationship for the last 18 months. Defense attorneys acknowledged the relationship.
"Mr. Dell is a friend of Ms Sneiderman," attorney Tom Clegg said in court. "The exact nature of their relationship is best described as 'to be determined in the future.'"
Prosecutors say Sneiderman manipulated Hemy Neuman into killing her husband Rusty, so she could be with Dell.
