HEMY NEUMAN TRIAL | Andrea Sneiderman's friend defends her in blog | News
DUNWOODY, Ga. (WXIA) -- A friend of Andrea Sneiderman posted a blog to defend her after the widow was banned from the courthouse where her husband's accused murderer is on trial.
"Andrea is a wonderful person," Andy Lipman wrote in an e-mail. "I believe she needs her friends to defend her more than ever now since she can't even defend herself at this trial."
Lipman declined 11Alive's request for an interview. He began blogging about the Sneidermans after Rusty's murder in November 2010. Lipman was friends with the couple.

He wrote his latest blog entry after Andrea Sneiderman spent two days on the witness stand in the murder trail of Hemy Neuman, her former boss at GE.
The prosecution and defense grilled Sneiderman about her relationship with Neuman. They insist she had an affair with Neuman, but she denies it.
Sneiderman was banned from the courtroom and the DeKalb County Courthouse on Friday for having inappropriate contact with other witnesses.
"I believe Andrea and I believe in Andrea," Lipman wrote in his blog. "Andrea has no one to defend her up there and that just doesn't seem right. Today she even got thrown out of court for "hugging the witnesses after their testimony." Are you kidding me? I'm here to defend her. Court is now in session. I'm presiding."
"This case is NOT about Andrea Sneiderman," he continued. "She was not charged nor will she be charged in this case. Andrea is innocent. I defend her and I don't care what anyone says, I always will. I stake my reputation on my friend and will continue to. When the going gets rough, friends stick by their friends."
"My friend Andrea needs some PR help. I'm doing my part," he wrote. "I ask my friends, her friends, to help give her that. She's a good person. She's a strong woman...This case is about the man who killed one of my best friends."
