DUNWOODY, Ga. -- A hearing is set in the case of a man charged with murder in a killing outside a Dunwoody preschool.

The hearing for Hemy Neuman is expected to begin in DeKalb County Superior Court on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.

Neuman is charged with the November 2010 shooting death of
Russell Sneiderman, who was killed minutes after he dropped off his two-year-old son at the preschool. He has pleaded not guilty, and a judge has set his trial date for Oct. 17.

A second motions hearing in the case is slated for Aug. 15 at 9 a.m. Prosecutors are expected to present their evidence in the case for the first time during the hearings.
