Atlanta CARES:  Stepping into Mentoring Fashion & Shoe Show -CATWALK FOR A CAUSE!

Atlanta Cares Mentoring Movement, a local segment of the national mentoring program founded by former Essence Editor, Susan Taylor, will host the fashion event, "Stepping into Mentoring CATWALK FOR A CAUSE" on Sat. Apr. 16, 11-2pm at the W Hotel (Perimeter, 111 Perimeter Center West, Atlanta, 30326).

Thomas Dortch, Councilman Ivory Young, Dr. Jerald Durley, Camille Love, Hank Stewart, CeCe Michaela, Carla Morrison and several local youth and mentoring organizations attended the events launch five years ago. 

Atlanta Cares Chair Brenda Coleman hosts this years event, which will features the designs of Jimi King, and bold jewelry designs by Aakofi.

Tickets are $10, with reception to follow program.
